Taylor's Poultry Service is a family managed busines partnership offering total poultry management care to the industry.

Taylor's Poultry Services have a current permanent workforce of 30 Flock Service Technicians and a vehicle fleet to ensure they are in position to carry out your instructions at the right place and time. We believe that our Technicians are the best in the industry and a small management, training and administration team at our headquarters in the East Midlands ably supports them. At Taylor's Poultry we constantly strive to improve our workforce and because of this we have linked up with the Nottinghamshire Training Opportunity (part of Nottinghamshire County Council). Through this organisation we receive practical and financial help support covering help with recruitment selection and assistance with the costs of carefully selected on and off-site employee training.

Apart from valuable in-house and on-site training, we have an ongoing programme of training in conjunction with The Poultry Industry Partnership and our Technicians have attended courses in Poultry Welfare and Handling and all have an understanding of the standards required by Assured Chicken Production Ltd and Freedom Food Ltd. Our personnel are also fully conversant with health and safety guidelines and the need for strict bio-security at sites. If required we can equip our vehicles with the necessary bio-chemicals and equipment to ensure compliance at smaller sites where such facilities may not be available.

Taylor's Poultry provides a complete flock service to the industry. Our Technicians are highly skilled and experienced in flock handling, beak trimming and giving single through to triple vaccinations. At Taylor's Poultry we recognise that many farms suffer through staff shortages, sickness or at times through a particular high workload. We can help you by providing long or short-term field staff or site management cover to help get through the period required.
